Project Overview
A one of kind project. We took a theatre from the early 1900’s and turned it into a chic gem of a home in the historic Italian Hill neighborhood in St. Louis, Missouri. This project consisted of many engineering brainstorms. We removed the entire roof structure from the building and added a second story. We then used the antique beams from the old roof structure to build furniture and stairs inside the home. By removing the roof, we also established a two incredible outdoor courtyards in the front and the back. We left the original exterior walls alone and they became part of the unique interior finishes. The project created an absolute historic gem of a home.
